Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with all original tags attached and the hygiene protection sticker intact.

Kaafu does not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
