How long does my order take to arrive?
Portugal and Spain: 1-3 business days
Azores and Madeira: 3-8 business days
Remaining European Union countries: 3-7 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched and do not include weekends or public holidays in either the country of origin or destination.
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, the carrier, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Some items may be available for pre-order. In these cases, the estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page.
If an order includes a pre-order item, it may only be dispatched when all items are available for shipping.
