Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to Kaafu. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
All purchases made through the Kaafu online store are subject to applicable Portuguese law.
Size or Style Exchanges
Kaafu does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return the item and place a new order.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed and you may place a new order for the desired item, subject to stock availability.

Return Period
In accordance with Portuguese legislation (Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February), customers have the right to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn and undamaged

Be returned in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Have the hygiene protection sticker intact

Be returned with the original packaging and any included accessories
For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, odours, stains or any alteration to their original condition.
Kaafu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
We recommend using a tracked postal service or courier, as Kaafu cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, you may initiate the process through your account at https://account.kaafuswimwear.com or by contacting us at hello@kaafuswimwear.com, stating your order number and your intention to return the item.
Once your request has been received, we will provide the necessary return instructions.
After the item has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Following approval of the return, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item different from the one ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

In these cases, Kaafu will cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
Product Care
To help preserve the quality and longevity of your Kaafu pieces, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product labels.
Kaafu cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or incorrect washing of the items.
